Potato Croquettes

Method
  1. Boil the peeled potatoes for 25-30mins, drain and mash them, while they are hot, add the cheese, flour eggs and seasoning, mix well and knead to make a consistent paste.

  2. Take a walnut sized piece and roll them into finger shapes, arrange them on a tray sprinkled with flour.

  3. Heat the oil in the frying pan and cook until golden brown, remove them onto kitchen paper to absorb any excess fat
